you poor thing. i'll be curious to hear how many visits it takes to get it done. it took my husband 5 visits to get his done. the japanese are very tech a savvy but when it comes to dentistry and medical, they are not exactly like what we are used to in the states. some people even get colonoscopies without anesthesia-my husband insisted on it when he had his done.

i hope santa grants you your wish!

I totally know how you feel :( I've been to the dentist 3 times in 3 months. Apparently the infection from my root canal from A YEAR AND A HALF AGO never healed itself!! So now I'm on some serious antibiotics and I'm hoping next week they can fix me for good!

I hope that Nancy's suggestion can shed some light on your tooth problems! Just like I said the other day. If it isn't one thing, it's another. You poor girl! I think you need a vacation or something to escape your house and teeth problems!

Leslie, You might ask your dentist if you might be a "clencher" or a "grinder" - if you do that at night it can really be hard on your teeth. I was told that's why I needed so many root canals when I was younger. I now wear a night guard and no more problems. They used to be quite expensive and had to be molded to your mouth but I use this one: http://splintek.com/ph/sleepright.htm, not as expensive and easier to get used to. I think I had 4 root canals before they figured it out. Good luck!
